Each day, you will work to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to drive sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Main stakeholders are customers, internal sales and marketing teams, the bid and proposal department, project management, and finance teams, as well as ABB’s regional and global Motion Division leadership.Key Responsibilities:Selling ABB Motion Products, Solutions & Services (Motors & Drives) with a focus on order volume, mix, and profitability targetsEstablishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand their needs and align solutions accordinglyEnsuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales processPreparing sales plans using ABB-authorized tools (e.g., Salesforce) and performing regular status reviewsProposing recovery plans in case of potential order shortfallsCommunicating with customers about delivery times, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategyEnsuring efficient marketing activities and clearly communicating ABB’s value proposition to customersIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated regionManaging administrative and approval procedures in sales processes, while supporting cash collection and project management activities as neededPreparing offers with the bid and proposal team and ensuring all technical and financial aspects, including pricing and terms, are in placeYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications:You are highly skilled in CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and engaged in sales methodologies within the Motion (Motors & Drives) marketYou have 5 years of experience in solution/application sales engineering and business development, working as a sales specialist leader in Motion in AlgeriaYou are captivated by leadership and coordination, with 3–5 years of experience managing teams as a team leaderProven experience in leveraging market intelligence to drive adoption and sustainable growth in the Motion industryHave established skills in contract & risk management, legal compliance, and budget/performance target alignmentHighly adept in portfolio management, pricing excellence, and go-to-market strategy executionYou are passionate about interprofessional communication and possess a strong sense of ownershipDegree in Mechanical Engineering with extensive knowledge of sales strategy and customer experience successYou are at ease communicating in French, Arabic, and EnglishYou hold current licenses valid in Algeria and meet all country-specific work permit requirementsWhat's in it for you?We give you the space to lead, the support to grow, and the chance to make a difference.
