Radio Capacity & Traffic Analysis Engineer

• Enable business revenue by controlling radio network capacity
• In charge of 2G, 3G & 4G Networks capacity design and planning to improve customer perception for voice & data services and be in line with Company strategy.
• Capacity planning and expansion at different levels: site/ cluster /commune /wilaya and for different traffic profiles summer, Ramadan, universities & special events.
• Analyzing, optimizing and improving radio capacity of GSM, WCMA and LTE networks, based on KPI's, complaints, virtual solutions (discovery)…..
• Continuous monitoring, analyzing statistics of Benchmarking campaign related to capacity to meet department and company objectives.
• Network complaints analysis, follow-up, treatment and resolution to ensure high network availability, customer satisfaction and network radio capacity.
• Developing and implementing rules to convert the marketing forecasts into technical forecasts needed for network dimensioning
• Implementing new technologies, solutions and features for Radio capacity enhancement (5G, Higher order MIMO, carrier aggregation, 256QAM, All-IP, VoLTE, cloud air solution, smart capacity planning) to improve customer perception and achieve company objectives
• Complaint treatment by respecting the SLA and ensure high QoS.
• Answer technical requests as well as day-to-day operational feedbacks with the respect into-force processes.

• Master degree in télécommunication
• GSM, WCDMA & LTE networks Principals and Architecture knowledge.
• Deep knowledge in: Microsoft Excel/VBA/Access /C/C++.
• RF planning tools: Map Info, Google earth, M2000, Netnumen.
• Communicative with developed team spirit
• High level of self-motivation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Be aware of up to date knowledge of GSM, WCDMA & LTE technologies, features and solutions implementation.
• Connaissances en programmation (VB, VBA,….)
