Key ResponsibilitiesSite Access ManagementCoordinate and confirm the readiness of the installation environment prior to deployment.Logistics & Site ArrivalOversee the organization, coordination, and inspection of goods arriving on-site, ensuring completeness and timeliness.Construction Progress SupervisionMonitor and manage construction activities, ensuring that contractors adhere to approved plans, schedules, and requirements.Quality Assurance & ControlConduct inspections and supervise the quality of civil works, towers, equipment rooms, supporting facilities, and installation of main equipment.Site AcceptanceOrganize and coordinate acceptance activities with the client and construction teams, ensuring proper documentation and sign-off.Documentation & ReportingReview, validate, and consolidate completion and acceptance documentation from contractors; submit finalized records to the project documentation team.Process Optimization & Team GuidanceOptimize site construction processes and procedures; train and guide construction teams to follow standardized practices, supporting the Project Manager in managing on-site activities.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with different trades, functional engineers, and partner resources to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and solutions at the site level.Technical SupportProvide on-site support for technical debugging and assist the project team in resolving technical issues.Professional KnowledgeSolid understanding of the fundamental principles of the telecommunications industry.Familiarity with integrated delivery models in telecom projects, including contracts, subcontracting, procurement, and business operations.Ability to perform high-altitude work and manage site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) effectively.Strong supervision and site management capabilities.Business SkillsProactive learner, adaptable to changes and new challenges.Strong leadership with excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational coordination skills.Results-driven, with the ability to motivate teams and drive progress.Previous experience in team or project management is a strong advantage.
