- Launch and manage requests for quotation (RFQ) and tender processes in compliance with internal procurement policies.
- Analyze offers, evaluate suppliers, and contribute to supplier selection based on price, quality, and lead time.
- Ensure full adherence to procurement procedures and internal controls throughout the process.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) using SAP.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate needs and confirm technical/commercial specifications.
- Follow up on order delivery, manage discrepancies, and ensure smooth reception of goods/services.
- Collect and verify supplier invoices and ensure accurate payment processing in collaboration with the finance department.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement workflows and SAP utilization.
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Proven experience in SAP (MM module preferred): creating PRs, POs, and tracking deliveries.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and tendering procedures.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good command of English and French (written and spoken).
