A leading food and beverage company based in Algeria, currently seeking an experienced Procurement CoordinatorKey Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage requests for quotation (RFQ) and tender processes in compliance with internal procurement policies.
  • Analyze offers, evaluate suppliers, and contribute to supplier selection based on price, quality, and lead time.
  • Ensure full adherence to procurement procedures and internal controls throughout the process.
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) using SAP.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate needs and confirm technical/commercial specifications.
  • Follow up on order delivery, manage discrepancies, and ensure smooth reception of goods/services.
  • Collect and verify supplier invoices and ensure accurate payment processing in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement workflows and SAP utilization.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • Proven experience in SAP (MM module preferred): creating PRs, POs, and tracking deliveries.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and tendering procedures.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good command of English and French (written and spoken).
