- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct cold calls daily to generate and qualify new leads
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Proactively seek out and engage potential clients, presenting our services and solutions to generate new business
- Participate in team sales meetings, sharing insights and strategies to support overall team success
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Proficiency in CRM software
