- Analyzing sales and distribution data, notably volume, stock levels, ND, OOS, RSP. Improving sales / RTM tracking and reporting with the aim to provide commercial insights in line with strategic objectives.
- Providing daily/weekly/monthly sales & distribution reports to support decision making process. In addition, monitor trade incentives programs ensuring transparency and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Supporting the sales team in developing strategic analyses and presentation for CPM, MPM, MYR, and A&SP purposes. Also, contribute to business case preparation related to RTM evolution.
- Gathering and cross-checking daily sales reports from distributors / wholesalers ensuring timely / accurate upload of relevant data for Weekly Brief and Demand Planning Forecast purposes.
- Supporting M&S budgeting process for Algeria if/when needed, ensuring business continuity in the absence of Sales Budget Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related Sales / Trade field
- 3+ years of experience in sales performance analysis preferably in FMCG industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into commercial insights
- Good understanding of RTM dynamics / KPIs / financial implications
- Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, BI dashboard
- Proactive, structured and detailed oriented
- Team player able to deliver under pressure
