Apply now!Learn more:Sales AnalystWe are looking for a Sales Analyst for a position located in Alger, Algeria and reporting to Route to Market & Commercial Planning ManagerThe ideal candidate will be reporting and working very closely with the Route to Market & Commercial Planning Manager. S/He will be responsible for sales & distribution data analysis and reporting and supporting commercial planning improvement effortsS/He will be in charge of trade incentives and KPIs tracking in order to get and align all needed information, plans and planning flow. S/He will also be in charge of the trade loyalty program from the back-office perspective, including data analysis, objectives & payments computationWhat you will be doingAs a Sales Analyst, your key responsibilities are:
  • Analyzing sales and distribution data, notably volume, stock levels, ND, OOS, RSP. Improving sales / RTM tracking and reporting with the aim to provide commercial insights in line with strategic objectives.
  • Providing daily/weekly/monthly sales & distribution reports to support decision making process. In addition, monitor trade incentives programs ensuring transparency and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the sales team in developing strategic analyses and presentation for CPM, MPM, MYR, and A&SP purposes. Also, contribute to business case preparation related to RTM evolution.
  • Gathering and cross-checking daily sales reports from distributors / wholesalers ensuring timely / accurate upload of relevant data for Weekly Brief and Demand Planning Forecast purposes.
  • Supporting M&S budgeting process for Algeria if/when needed, ensuring business continuity in the absence of Sales Budget Analyst.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related Sales / Trade field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales performance analysis preferably in FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into commercial insights
  • Good understanding of RTM dynamics / KPIs / financial implications
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, BI dashboard
  • Proactive, structured and detailed oriented
  • Team player able to deliver under pressure
