Role :Responsible to prepare on a yearly basis a comprehensive communications plan based on collaboration with all members of the management team to reach business objectives. The plan must be supported by ROMI analyses.​Plan must cover:​-Campaigns​-Website management​-SEO key words lists​-Events planning (internal and external)​-Exhibitions planning​-Material and design (brochure, newsletters, printed publication, rollups, press release templates, publicity material, marketing materials)​-Internal and external communication equipment​-Company marketing tools management (includes implementations and development)​-Advertisement plan (if applicable)​-Internal comm. activities and agenda​-Employers Branding activities and material (HR)​-Facility branding (including investment requirement when required)​Lead monthly / quarterly communication meetings with the management teams and in particular the business line managers of all divisions.​Maintain all companies' websites and social media and ensure that they are updated at all times with appropriate and up to date content.​Support distributors on all their branding activities and ensure they are in line with group and BA's guideline.​Create and safeguard good information flow internally and externally. ​Keep the team updated on all changes / updates that relate to communication matters and branding aand when the group make any changes.​Work closely with the group/divisions' communications team.​Help to maintain the look and feel of facilities to convey strong branding.​Participate in brand awareness activities including "employer branding" in conjunction with human resources.​Participate in group/BA's projects when required​Support GM/holding on social and environmental responsibility communication activities (external) as well as on internal activities toward employeesTo succeed, you will needMinimum 2 years' experience with Communication & DigitalizationUniversity degree in communication or similar.Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.Sense of initiative and innovationExcellent Relational QualitiesEmpower to interact with the Marketing & Sales, Service and Admin teamin return, we offer you A good working environmentGreat career opportunityNew Challenges & Possibilities to develop your knowledge
