Job Category: Projects ManagementResponsibilities: * Assist in developing a system of efficient cost control and monitoring of expected costs, project cost control measures to be determined under the Program.
Assist in monitoring the performance of ISCs on certifying the work accomplished and the contractors' monthly payment application with reference to the contract cost and take the necessary action when needed.
Assist in Tracking the disbursement of the WSCs on a regular frequent basis and update of overall project costs depending on invoices and interim payments.
Participate in the preparation of the Capital Investment Plan and the annual investment plan of the WSCs.
Participate in the preparation of the overall planned cash flow for the Program and participate with the WSCs in the expected monthly cash flow and connect the cash out with each project progress.
Prepare a monthly cost reports to the PMU based on the approved planned cash flow showing expenditure, reserves and anticipated movement in the out-turn cost with proposals for rectifying potential overspend when needed.
Maintain a documentation for each contract which will include among others the variations, amendments, and payment schedules; and
Any other relevant work supports the achievements of the Program targets.
Qualifications:Bachelor University degree of accounting, management and commerce or equivalent.Minimum 10 years ExperienceThe position is only for those who have past local experience in Algeria.#LI-AT2
