- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in drafting and updating content for internal communication.
- Support project execution and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate effectively between stakeholders and the COO to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist with accounting tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.
- Graduate with 1+ year of experience in an administrative, assistant, coordination, or accounting support role.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of the French language will be an added bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and Google Suites.
- Knowledge in Accounting.
- Culturally adaptable and capable of working with international colleagues and clients.
- Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
