  • Deeply understand Nokia Radio equipment, configuration, problem solving and network planning and optimisation
  • Perform KPI check and analyses, radio equipment configuration & support customer for problem resolution
  • Contribute to services delivery and maintain customer commitments
  • Receive instruction, guidance and direction from others and uses own knowledge and existing procedures to solve known problems
Qualifications:You Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication
  • Mobile network architecture and interfaces 2G/3G/4G/5G
  • knowledge IP network and routing
  • problem solving and analytic skills
  • Excellent English and French skills: both verbal and written
  • Strong desire to learn & develop himself/herself professionally
