- Create and maintain product documentation: help center, integration manuals, feature tutorials, back-office guides, and release notes (internal & external).
- Design and manage the Developer Portal’s structure, ensuring intuitive navigation, scalable architecture, and up-to-date API/SDK documentation.
- Audit product workflows (intake → discovery → spec → build → QA/UAT → release → measurement) and propose lightweight process improvements.
- Establish documentation standards: style guides, templates, and review checklists to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Convert recurring Support/Sales/Success questions into guides, macros, and FAQs, reducing ticket volume and improving time-to-resolution.
- Organize knowledge bases by tags, categories, and personas; track gaps and fix dead ends.
- Monitor usage, feedback, and search queries to identify documentation gaps and run small activation experiments (e.g., step-by-step flows, inline tips).
- Participate in daily product work: user story writing, acceptance criteria clarification, UAT, and shipping small improvements.
- Drive discovery: synthesize customer insights, product data, and competitor analysis into clear problem statements.
- Write clear PRDs and stories: scope features, define success metrics, and align stakeholders on trade-offs.
- Run delivery rhythms: support planning, prioritization, and release readiness across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support.
- Own outcomes, not outputs: define and track KPIs (activation, adoption, retention, revenue impact) and iterate post-launch.
- Support go-to-market: create internal enablement and customer-facing updates that connect new features to operator/venue value.
- Champion operational excellence: improve handoffs, close feedback loops, and scale best practices.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
